On August 2nd, our team gathered for the long-awaited L3D Studio Summer Meetup — our first in-person get-together since the New Year. In the months between, we’ve accomplished an enormous amount of work, taken on ambitious projects, and, of course, missed seeing each other outside of video calls.

While our collaboration is strong online, nothing compares to the energy of meeting face-to-face. Faces that had only appeared as profile pictures or muted video squares came to life. Those who usually kept their cameras off during team calls — we finally met you in person, and you’re awesome!

The day was filled with energy, laughter, and genuine conversations. But the real highlight wasn’t the activities or the program — it was the people. Being surrounded by such talented, dedicated, and inspiring colleagues is what makes L3D Studio more than just a workplace.
